What is the best time of year to come see us?
High season in Brazil is the tropical summer, November to March. It is also the most humid time. During these months, the hotel is usually full. As it has ample space for just 20 persons, guests can still enjoy peace and tranquility, and there are not too many people around (except during the New Year week). The atmosphere is friendly and lively. The weather is hot, with frequent downpours.
One of the best kept secrets of Brazil is the weather during the dry season, May to October. Constant sun, beautiful light, cooler evenings (though with global warming, this tends to be less true). The sea temperature is warm all the year round. July and August have in the course of time become a second high season, much appreciated by the Europeans. May and June are very enjoyable months, if you are seeking the most tranquil moment.
