VILLA CASA VERDE
This charming, beautifully decorated house is very private and only 20 mts from the Pousada's entrance. It is available to rent together with the hotel's services from December 30th to April 1st. The minimum stay is 6 nights.
The villa's guests may enjoy served breakfast and dinner at the hotel prepared by our chef, and have full access to all the exclusive services of the hotel such as airport transfers, private schooner, private restaurant, gardens and pool, sun deck and pool bar, activities, massages, surf classes, etc. At the same time they benefit from the houses' extra private spaces.
The house and terrace are approximately 200m2, and can accommodate between 2 and 6 guests, ideally 4. Perfect for families.
It includes:
- 1 Suite with wooden floor, with a 180cm bed, facing a charming private patio with a lemon tree. Marble bathroom. Air conditioning.
- 2 Double rooms with terrace opening onto nature, with one bathroom (shower) serving the 2 rooms.
- An outside shower.
- A big living-room, with library, sofas.
- An interior dining room and a large exterior deck area for al fresco dining (ideal for BBQs!).
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- Terraces, hammock.

RATES:
From December 30 to January 10th: 1100 Euros / day + 60 Euros per person per day, for 2 to 4 people (children or not). Supplement of 100 Euros per person per day if 5 or 6 persons. This price includes Christmas eve and New Year eve special dinner at the Pousada (party at the village's beach), breakfast and dinner for everyone, and exclusive access to all the hotel services.
From January 4th to April 1st: 900 Euros / days for 2 to 4, with a 100 Euros per person/ day supplement if 5 or 6 persons (of any age). This price includes breakfast and dinner at the hotel and exclusive access to all hotel services.
