Brazil is the country of today. It enjoys a very unique situation of stability and growth, that is likely to be sustained for the coming years with hosting the next World Cup, in 2014, and then the Olympic Games in 2016.
We are looking for friendly financing from private individuals or companies, in tone with the spirit of what we do: Beautiful Brazilian places with spirit, strongly integrated in the community and the environment.
After 12 years experience in Brazil, we have built a strong team. We do not act as a broker or service provider, but only as developers and co-investors. In short, we only do and work on common projects for which we look for partners who want to invest in good, well-grounded, and medium to long-term, spirited projects in Brazil.

Our Values
Year after year, our values, which are the same whether we talk to our employees, our guests, the community, our associates or our investors, have led us to practice a somewhat different way of doing business. Along those lines, we are developing other projects and are always looking for similar-minded people.
Our values are:
- Sustainability and Brasileiridade: we are in the business of revealing the Brazilian culture. We also intend to promote a sound way to do business in Brazil, which is in balance with the country, its nature and its people.
- Education, learning and responsibility: we have clear objectives on how we want to live, and we work hard to get there. The way is as much important as the destination. We think that what makes a job interesting is learning. What makes one grow is responsibility.
- Getting things done is not always an easy task in Brazil. We call it the FACA power (Fazer As Coisas Acontecer), which leads to hard work and personal achievement.
- Controlled growth: we want to make a solid company providing, on top of a living, a rich content for the people involved, whether they are employees or partners. Everything we do is for the long term and in accordance with our principles.
- Variety: Nobody does only one thing, our employees are asked to be open-minded and exposed to a variety of tasks and responsibilities. We are a mix of Brazilians, French, Americans, and more. And so is our culture!
